Antonio:
This is the info my son sent.
Bob
He could use my lawyers, probably a little more pricier

. I used them for my apartment, but not for my visa. For my Visa a guy named Andres Herrera 314 637 14 82, but this was not a pensionado visa and he doesn’t speak English.
Here are is name that has been passed around as a good lawyer for something like this, but I do not know him so can’t vouch for him.

The new cost to get a CE is 162k pesos. This is now payable at the DAS office or at the Occidente Bank. You will now need a copy of your passport, current visa, copy of your blood type, and a picture with a white background(used to put in your file). I used by US debit card and it went through. No cash accepted. They will try to get you to get proof of your blood type but just make a copy of your last CE (they don't tell you that). As always, they will get you to fill out a bio form that for some reason it is still very tiny. I suggested that they copy it and expand the document and they just smiled. You will have trouble filling in the cells with your current address due to the spaces being so small. Nuff said! ETA time for new CE is five days but you guys know how good that estimate is so don't hold your breath. Funny is you get the visa stamp here and not at the Bogota office. At Bogota, you get the control number on your visa in red print. That's it. Elvis has left the building.
The cedula for foreigners is the second step of getting the visa and your temporary residency. This process is fairly simple, and its required that you get this within 15 days of having your visa approved in the country or within 15 days of arriving if your visa was issued outside the country.
You can find the form for applying for the cedula on our facebook page, so you can fill it out ahead of time.

The cedula will cost you 153,000 pesos if you do it this year, all prices are adjusted on a yearly basis for inflation.
Have fun!
